Great in concept, poor in execution. While they were nice enough to place a hold on a piece of furniture until I could measure and confirm it would fit, they sold the piece to someone else before I could come in to complete the transaction. They had my contact information and chose not to contact me prior to releasing the hold. This was very disappointing, and given my experience, I doubt I will be back anytime soon.

They get new inventory weekly. Trendy furniture finds at unbelievable prices. It's worth checking daily if your nearby or at least weekly. They open at 9am and close at 6. Cloths are $2 abs most bedding and house accessories are priced reasonably.

great items, great location. HORRIBLE customer service. I was going to buy a large furniture item, until the employee opened her mouth. she was a lady above the age of 60, so i let the first sarcastic remark slide but she just kept on. So I said forget it. She was a completely foul. she should not be working with the public. if she's that miserable then she needs to just stay home.

Great antique and second-hand furniture pieces for a fair price. Harriet was very friendly and helped answer all of our questions. If I want more quality furniture pieces, I will definitely come back.

Great place to go to setup a new apartment or house. Friendly staff. Delivery is $99 curbside. You have 3 days to pickup items.We rented a truck at Menards ($19 - weekends is $5 extra; 40 cents a mile) to pick up furniture. Super nice guy loaded up our furniture. Store takes donations. Furniture, glassware, working electronics.

I’ve enjoyed stopping in here from time to time for a few years. It seems like living room furniture is their bread and butter. The prices here aren’t good prices until after the sale date on the tag. I like the time-based markdown sale system, but not enough to come back when the price is what I want to pay.
